Consulting on open licensing policies and practices

Let us help you build the customized solutions to your organization’s open needs. Whether it’s developing an open licensing policy and roadmap for implementation, advising you on open licensing and copyright considerations, providing implementation advice for open licensing requirements in grants, placement for CC licensing on your web properties, or something else, we are here to help!

Facilitation

Part of CC consulting may include facilitation work. CC offers facilitation to build and strengthen effective open policies and practices. Facilitation can address: organization strategy, planning and goal setting; intergroup conversations and change management; community engagement; cross-cultural communications, program development; or capacity building.

Office Hours with CC Copyright and Licensing Counsel

We know that using the CC licenses and public domain tools can, at times, be complex. To provide support and assistance with the CC licenses and public domain tools,, we offer monthly office hours open to anyone. Join Kat Walsh, an expert on open licensing and copyright, to ask questions about how to interpret and implement CC licenses and public domain tools.

Office hours are 1 hour long and are held on the third Friday of each month.

Registration is free, and you can sign up here.
