mozCC Updated, Upgrade Encouraged

I’ve just released an upgrade to mozCC. Everyone’s encouraged to upgrade, as this release fixes an embarassing bug which caused Mozilla and Firefox to lock up under certain situations (say, choosing a Creative Commons license).
